If you wish to return your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations, please notify us via email or post using the contact details provided on our "Contact Us" page. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.


M&S Plant Spares operates a strict 28-day return policy. Any goods returned after this period will not be accepted. Returns are only considered for items delivered incorrectly. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will process any applicable refund using your original payment method where appropriate.
